I have been to this beautiful beach city to see Atlantic Ocean during the Fall break but found something interesting with its sea-level. Then according to Google Scholar, I did find some research about it.

Pain Level: 3 (The sea level is really relative to their life as a coastal city but not so serious to their residents since their life is probably peaceful still. )
