Families crossing the USA Mexico border have had a very hard time staying together recently. In previous years, migrant families have been separated only when the parents seemingly pose a threat to their children, but lately, under Trumps "zero tolerance" policy, families are separated no matter what. Soon thereafter, a district court judge ruled a ban against this controversial process of separating families. This separation is still going on, however, and a long list of new separated families emerges every month.
