In August of 2016, the Guardian released a video of Toronto mayor Rob Ford smoking crack.  This was released 3 years after the city found out about this scandal, and reports of this video first occurred in 2013.  Ford died at age 46. Pain of 5-impacts him, his family and the city that he governed.
