What do you know about addicted to exercise?

Most people have a problem with not getting enough exercise as opposed to exercising too much.  The cost having an exercise addiction has on a person is quite serious.  A tremendous amount of time, money and physical exertion, with the inclusion of huge sacrifices have to be accounted for anyone who has impulsions to constantly exercise.  Nicola Kelly from BBC World Service has an article in which she states how an amateur athlete once went from practicing a couple times a week for upcoming 5ks, into an everyday obsession.  The athlete recounts in the interview, "It's had a big impact on my work, my family - every aspect of my life. Over time, exercise became unhealthy." (Kelly, 2019).  I chose to include this page for #Geog203 because it uncovers the rarely recognized fact that some people have addictions to working out, and that it may be harmful for them socially.  This has more to deal with #social and #psycho.
