What do you know about strong arm robbery which occurred in the Newark Shopping Center?

It happened  in the Newark Shopping Center, 230 E Main St. The suspect is described as a male with dreadlocks, wearing a red Phillies shirt. He was last seen fleeing north towards Cleveland Ave. It happened on September 24th 2019. I think of this as a #psycho example because of the ill mental state of the robber. I chose to use this for the pain because it happened right here at our school. Pain isn't physical but mental and I'd say he's an 8/10 crazy. #GEOG203
