Richmond Township is a township in Marquette County. The community of Palmer and the Empire Mine are located in the township.
The Richmond Township Hall is in Palmer at 100 Smith Street.
In the later part of August, Richmond Township has an annual celebration called "Heritage Days". This is a celebration of the town, for the town. During the course of "Heritage Days", they've had several different things to do. Some of the big things to do during heritage days include an antique vehicle show, games, a parade, and food stands. This event has also been helpful in raising money for other local events, such as the Children's Fishing Derby.
