This African American Quilt Guild of Oakland’s event will feature a wide range of quilt designs created by members, from traditional pieced blocks to eclectic patterns reflecting strong African roots. This year’s show will feature quilts of Ancestral Memories, created specifically to recall our memories and to share our history, culture and stories.
