The Berkeley Free Clinic was founded in 1969 as a "street medicine" clinic that quickly found a niche and a permanent home in the Berkeley community. It has become an icon in the area, and has served countless thousands in a variety of ways during its 40-year history.

Follows a client-centered philosophy and offers: basic dental care, acute primary medical care, HIV testing and counseling, sexually-transmitted disease screening & treatment, peer counseling and information & referral services.  Hosts specifically women and transgender-inclusive services on Saturdays.

Radical Mental Health Group

Meets every Monday from 6:30-8:30pm on-site, led by a peer counselor. (Hidden under group counseling on the website.)
