Bibliomania has been at 1816 Telegraph Avenue since 1995, with over 90,000 books and 100,000 pamphlets in stock [approximately 30,000 listed on line]. Proprietors, Daryl and Jean Van Fleet originally opened the store in North Beach, San Francisco in 1974, and have been at other locations including on San Pablo Ave. in Oakland and Berkeley.
They feature used, out of print, collectible and antiquarian books, pamphlets, etc. and "..specialize in books on social movements, modern literature, children's books and military history [with] a large general stock." [source] They also ship books, and can send e-mail notification of arrivals of materials in areas of interest.
