Bryant Terry is an Oakland-based author, chef, and food justice activist. He is the author of the books Vegan Soul Kitchen and The Inspired Vegan. He also hosts the online video series Urban Organic including brief segments on Kijani Grows (video) and Ghost Town Farm (video).
