Chinn Chung Wah (c.1868 – October 13, 1947) was a wealthy merchant who was sometimes called "Mayor of West Oakland". Chinn was born in China, and moved to the U.S in the 1880s. He moved to Oakland in 1906. His primary business was a grocery store.
He was known as "Mow Lee" to his friends.
