The Latham Square Building is a fourteen story building designed by Maury Diggs, which is located at 1611 Telegraph Avenue, in Uptown, California.
The interior of the building was redone in June, 2015 by Ridge Capital Investors LLC and Contrarian Capital Management LLC in June, 2015.2
