The Neighborhood Watch Steering Committee (NWSC) is sponsoring its annual appreciation celebration, thanking block captains who are working hard to make changes in their neighborhoods. In addition, the NWSC is holding a general election for officer positions (Chair, Vice-chair, Recording Secretary, Treasurer, Area Representative and Merchant Watch Representative).
