The Park Bellevue Tower is a large, boxy building of condominiums near Lake Merritt. Construction began in 1967 and the building was completed in late 1968 or early 1969. 1,2,3

The building includes indoor parking on the lower floors, and an indoor-outdoor pool on the fifth floor. The condominiums range in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms. 1 The architects were Fisher, Friedman Associates in collaboration with Leo Stillman, and it was originally rented as apartments. 2
