Casa Mia has locations in Olympia and Lacey.  The first Casa Mia restaurant was opened in Hoquiam, Washington by Phil Bellafato, an Italian American who grew up in New York.  Roger Jump purchased the restaurant and recipes in 1974.  In 1982, Roger Jump and Bob Knudson opened another restaurant in Lacey.  In 1985, a third location was opened in 1985.  There are now nine Casa Mia locations throughout Washington State.
