KOWA-LP is a low-powered FM community radio station in Olympia, Washington that broadcasts on 106.5 FM.  The station is located at Media Island.  KOWA's mission is "to give voice to individuals, organizations and movements working for social justice, economic democracy, ecological sustainability and peace."
