St. Martin's Abbey is a Benedictine monastery in the Lacey area. The monks spend their days working and praying at the monastery or on other assignments throughout the Northwest. The monks and priests of the Abbey live by the instructions set forth in The Rule of St. Benedict. The monastery also runs a guest house available to; visiting family members or friends, oblates, vocational candidates, and those wishing to make a private retreat.
