Harvey Rose was charged with murdering W.H. Waldron with knife on February 11, 1932. On March 4th, Harvey bonded out of jail for $3000. Someone named Daily Rose was also bailed out alongside Harvey, also charged with the murder of Waldron.
On September 1, 1932. Harvey was found guilty of voluntary manslaughter and sentenced to two years in the state penitentiary.
