Robert P. Mack is a native of Tennessee born August 27, 1848. Came to Arkansas in 1853. In 1866 began studying law under his father, Judge L.L. Mack. In 1868 he was admitted to the bar before he had reached his 21st year. Moved to Powhatan to practice law. In 1869 he operated in a firm with his father Judge L.L. Mack & Son. Married Mollie E. Lyons and had three children Anna M., Vera C., and Lucy.
