Caffé Driade has been the go-to destination for locally blended coffee since 1995. The café began selling artisan blends from Carrboro Coffee Roasters in 2004. Caffé Driade is tucked in the woods away from the busyness of Franklin Street.

This café sells more than just coffee. Customers can choose from tea, wine, beer or milkshakes. They also offer baked goods ranging from chocolate croissants to hot cross buns.

Customers enjoy sipping on coffee while relaxing in the woods or listening to a variety of music that the café offers. The café hosts concerts at an outdoor stage from May to October. It displays works by local artists on the walls as well.

Rachael Ray enjoyed an iced cappuccino at Caffé Driade on an episode of her show, "$40 a Day."
