The annual Best in the West Nugget Rib Cook-off is a fair and competition taking over Victorian Square in Sparks, and featuring cookers and cooking teams from all across the country. In addition to the food, the festival also offers entertainment including live music, arts and crafts booths and rides and activities for children.
