Sports West Athletic Club offers a great  yoga and fitness schedule that would satisfy any gym member or practicing yogi. Power Yoga is offered Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and is based off Ashtanga yoga, focusing on stamina, strength and flexibility. Yoga Flows is offered Monday and Tuesday and uses the rhythm of the breath to help align the postures for a relaxing and meditative practice. Rise and shine yoga is held on Saturdays, uniting breath and movement in order to energize for the day. Come for candle light yoga on Fridays to relax and rejuvenate after the work week. Kids yoga is also available during the Kids Night Out program.
