The Zephyr Bar is no stranger to hand-crafted cocktails.  Drinks are all prepared fresh daily with the freshest of ingredients.  Drinks include ingredients that are handpicked, featuring house made reductions & butters created specially for each drink. No refined sugars are used, as they believe this ensures the ingredients are experienced better, allowing the maximum freshness to be tasted. They also offer over 100 different bottled beers, they have something for any acquired taste. Bartenders create different concoctions daily, allowing a different experience each time someone visits the bar.
