Located in George Sim Park, accessible from Highway 50 south on Power Inn Road, or Highway 99 east on Fruitridge Road, George Sim Community Center has a multipurpose room, meeting room, and art room available for rental. Rooms are available for meetings, classes, community events, dances, wedding receptions, and all types of celebrations. A full kitchen is also available for a fee. All rooms have heating and air conditioning. There is plenty of parking in the lot or on the street. It also serves as a senior center.

There is a climate controlled, 15,714 square foot indoor sports facility that provides the following amenities: College size court, fixed hoops/backboards, ample parking, sports gym lobby, onsite indoor restrooms, concessions for tournaments, wireless scoreboards, and bleacher seating. The Event Center is great place to participate in 5-Man League and 3 on 3 basketball, volleyball, and tournaments. *Room C500: comes with 60" diameter round tables and chairs and sits 60 banquet style, 70 theater.

*Room C900: comes with 6' rectangle tables and chairs, and sits 130 banquet style, 150 theater.
