Sometimes, you sit on the streetcar while you eat your spaghetti
The Old Spaghetti Factory is an Italian-style chain restaurant with a location in Midtown.
The original restaurant was built in what used to be a "house of ill repute." The owners liked the decor so much that they modeled all of their restaurants after the original. The restaurants feature pink and purple lampshades, chandeliers, footboards, and headboards for backrests.
Many of their restaurants feature a streetcar in the restaurant with seating inside.
The Sacramento location was originally the Western Pacific Railroad Depot.

2008-04-05 22:46:26 There is also a location on Laguna Blvd. in Elk Grove. You can now call ahead to all locations to let them know you are coming and avoid much if not all the wait that can occur when the restaurants are busy. —WILLIAMJTRINKLE
