Tenant's Experience:

As a college student this is the best place to live to be close to campus and not have to pay the high price of living in the dorms. The two-bedroom apartments are spacious and the walls are thick enough to block most the sound among neighbors. Management has been known to shift often but it has got better since January 2008.

The pool is nice and kept in good shape. I wish there was a workout room, but their isn't any space. Central heating and air is a big plus but it's hard living on the third floor because it gets so hot in summer.
