Bayview is the name of a neighborhood in San Francisco. It is roughly bounded by Bayshore Boulevard, Cesar Chavez Street and the bay. There is a large industrial sector bounded by Chavez, Bayshore, Oakdale and Third streets that no one lives in. It is unclear if this is considered part of Bayview.

The T-Third runs down, uh... Third, and is the main transit line in the area. Rent tends to be lower than other parts of the city.
