Innovation Park is the scientific research hub of Northern Florida with many organizations represented from within Florida State University, Florida A&M University, and the State of Florida. It is also home to National High Magnetic Field Laboratory (MagLab) and some of the FAMU-FSU College of Engineering.
A large portion of the non-engineering research that is performed in Innovation Park relates to the field of education from organizations such as the Florida Center for Research in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (FCR-STEM), the Florida Center for Research in Reading (FCRR), and Florida Virtual Schools.
General location of neighborhood Innovation Park is located approximately 2.5 miles south of the Florida State University campus. |
