Name: Sean Robichaud

Profile: B.A., LL.B. (Queen's University), LL.M (Osgoode).  Member of the Law Society of Upper Canada From 1996 to 2001, Sean Robichaud attended Queen's University in Kingston obtaining a Bachelor's degree psychology and philosophy. After completing his undergraduate studies, he remained at Queen's to complete his law degree in 2004.  In 2013, Mr. Robichaud obtained his Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the Osgoode Hall Specialization Program in Criminal Law and Procedure. 

After his call to the bar, Mr. Robichaud worked as a lawyer at the venerable law office of Pinkofskys in Toronto, Canada's largest criminal defence firm. Within two years, Mr. Robichaud was made partner and remained in this position for several years. Having gained incomparable experience in criminal litigation over such a time period, Mr. Robichaud left the firm in 2009 to dedicate his practice and focus his legal ability to a more specialized criminal practice that places his client's individual satisfaction and favourable results above all.

Practicing exclusively in criminal defence litigation, Mr. Robichaud is a proven defence lawyer with appearances on thousands of criminal matters with acquittals for nearly all criminal offences ranging from theft under to first-degree murder.

Mr. Robichaud has appeared before, and obtained acquittals in all levels of trial court in Ontario including numerous jury trials ranging from relatively minor theft and drug cases to cases as serious as first degree murder.

Sean Robichaud is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada, The Criminal Lawyers Association, The Toronto Lawyers Association, and the Advocate's Society.
