Restaurant Closed
Message from the Cafe Vienna website:
Cafe Vienna has closed its doors due to a landlord/tenant lease dispute. The landlord has, for many months now, refused to provide other than a month-to-month lease.
A business simply cannot continue to operate when the future is only the "next month." The normal business lease is for a minimum of five years. We have, thus far, had two five year leases to date. A "month-to month" lease, and the doubts that go with it, is simply not acceptable to Cafe Vienna.
Ivonne has decided to close this restaurant and look forward to the future. I cannot say for sure whether or not she will open another restaurant in this area, or just where it would be if she does.
We have enjoyed serving our many excellent customers and are truly sorry that this situation has had to develop.

For those who enjoy the wonderful world of European desserts, Cafe Vienna features authentic, homemade Apple Strudel, Black Forest Chocolate Cake and many other European pastry delights. Cafe Vienna also has a wounderful varity of heavy cream sauces. Once I was told that if they do not have all of the proper ingredients to create the dish, they will not offer the entrée. If you have time to go and have a nice lunch or dinner it is totally worth it.
