Heritage Oaks is an affordable housing community, therefore certain income guidelines and restrictions apply. You must be able to prove the household income is least twice the rent per month. The maximum income you cannot exceed is based on household size. As well, due to government regulations certain restrictions apply based on student status. Please call for more details!
