Taaza India Bistro is an authentic Indian restaurant located in Burlington, North Carolina. Chellappa Yasin is the owner of Taaza and opened the restaurant in February of 2012. Taaza Bistro serves south-Indian and north-Indian speciality cuisine. It offers a variety of authentic Indian dishes at an incredibly reasonable price. Taazas casual dining is open for lunch and dinner. Taaza Indian is the only Indian restaurant in the Burlington and Elon, NC. One of the things that makes Taaza so authentic and unique is the Tandoor they use. The Tandoor is an Indian cylindrical clay oven used for cooking and baking. The Tandoor uses uses real wood charcoal and it really makes the whole Indian experience. Monday through Sunday, Taaza Bistro has an open buffet lunch special for less than ten dollars. Taaza has numerous delicious Indian dishes which aren't intimidating, especially for those who have never tried Indian food before. The staff is extremely friendly and will direct anyone in the right direction to have an amazing culinary experience. This authentic Indian restaurant incorporates local produce and blends spices so perfectly to make your meal an experience. Taaza takes reservations, offers catering, and delivers (minimum $25). Taaza Indian Bistro is a local gem right next to Elon University that is a perfect dinning option anyone looking for a great meal at an extremely reasonable price, college students especially.
