What do you know about 2460 Yost?
2460 Yost is a home that has been abandoned for at least the past 3 years. The 2012 storm that produced the Dexter Tornado caused a tree to lose a rather large branch which fell on the home and left a hole in the roof decking.
Actually, I guess I wouldn't use the word abandoned -- the lady who lived there for many years was in a nursing home and died this past year. I think she always thought that she would be returning home from the nursing home. I notice that it is for sale by owner, but don't know who the owner might be.
