After the closing of Bombadill's, building owners Tom and Martha Rumford performed some remodeling of the cafe on Michigan Ave, next door to Ypsilanti's Michigan Avenue library, and reopened in 2011 as B-24's. In mid-2012, B-24's took over the franchise for the cafe at Ypsilanti's Whittaker Road library branch, approaching total Ypsi library domination.
