While Washtenaw County single family housing sales and rentals continue piling up, the campus housing market remains strong - at least for now, said Mark McDonald, owner of McDonald Management. McDonald is in a position to know. He worked for property managers Wilson White Co. for more than three decades, eventually becoming the company's president and CEO. He left almost two years ago and formed his own property management firm, which moved into new offices on Packard Road this summer, in the heart of student housing. McDonald Management co-manages Lakestone Apartments off of Jackson Road along with a number of campus apartments.
