What do you know about Milan biodiesel obfuscates Gas production facility?

As an employee Scott Alf  was made employee/consultant  and will testify about violations that occurred at Milan Biodiesel for ammunity. I know of several individuals who had greivances with the employer besides me, and rather than undergo financial suicide hiring attorneys I will publicly voice my disposition in honor of the two member of the  "Biodiesel Hot Dog Crew" who which are now deceased.
I filed my initial complaint through direct actions involving the Milan Police.
Assets worth thousands of dollars were to be matched by Milan biodiesel to form a racing team. These assets were transferred around by staff, and removed from my access prior to concensual implementation.  I initiated complaint when I intervened with Milan Police present on my behalf, and a civil resolution to the crimes being committed was obtained under a registered greivance,
I know there were no licensed plumbers, carpenters,or teamsters employed in the construction of the plant. several production tanks each at several thousand-gallons, were installed. I was laboring for John Bolz(Mosaic biodiesel)  as a consultant(?)(assuming the tax burden for a disabled veteran who was also employed by Milan biodiesel/Mosaic.)

I am curious if inspections were made of piping as constructed, with the diligence that it would have been for Gas production rather than Biodiesel processing. Was it ever deconstructed or fined  for safety inspection violations?   If not I built them right, but I have no desire to place Milan residents at risk through my ignorance of codes while under the construction/ instruction restrictions of of Employees of Milan/Mosaic biofuels  at the time, and that is part of the reasoning for the confessional nature of this article.

It became obvious later that the facility was(Possibly had been)  intending to be a Gas producing enterprise when I built the Methanol containment outside, and processing  room inside. My personal persuant research found the land owner Gary Graves involvment to be playing a factor. As a gas land Baron from upper MI, and councilmember for Milan, I'm sure he had the best of interntions for Milan. Other silent partners of Milan Biodiesel were  from Ann Arbor and Abroad  and were involved secretely. Vivek (stockbroker)from India and 2 others a sugar broker and chocolate chemist whom both were from Ann Arbor perpetuated my ignorance and took advantage of me.
My research resulted  in a focus on Jatropha Curcas(Castor oil) and Soybean processing . Persuant to that, I atternded training workshops in Berkeley CA, on Biodiesel distribution /Fueling station development and implementation. Soy biodiesel production research was also conducted at Grand Valley State University that was being conducted by a Midwest expert using a Appleseed processor. http://www.make-biodiesel.org/The-Appleseed-Biodiesel-Processor/the-appleseed.html
The simplicity of it all, sparked my pursuit of a higher understanding of the project, and it is that  that I have been developing. Exposing me to the concept of fugacity(when the plant was toured by Univerisity of MI Graduate students with a professor who were probably more aware of what was going on then I(and this sparked my interest) )  prior to Milan Biodiesel's sale to Crestwood as a gas producing facility in what was a cogenation facility.
Feeling the impacts of deception I devoted myself to a greater understanding of oil creation and processing.
Oscar Meyer (John Bolz)  (along with other rendering entitys in the world,  are more aware than the average individual is in regards to oil processing and gas production co'relavence. With the new development in the Gas markets we will see increased demand and supply.
I will testify if called.
