SafeHouse Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to ending domestic violence and sexual assault in Washtenaw County, Michigan. SafeHouse Center provides free and confidential services for any victimized person who lives or works in Washtenaw County. Because domestic violence and sexual assault happen here in Washtenaw County - and because they believe that every survivor deserves help, support, justice and hope - SafeHouse Center has been at work for more than 37 years. Every year they support more than 4,000 women, men and children who have experienced these crimes through their24-hour crisis intervention services and emergency shelter, counseling and support groups, court accompaniment and personal advocacy.
