Another new home development in progress in Ann Arbor is Geddes Ridge, just off of Geddes Road overlooking Gallup Park. William Eddy of General Equity Group, the local representative in the development with Arizona-based builder Chantara Homes LLC, said two of the eight lots have been sold, and he expects construction to begin this spring.
