915 Market is owned by AB-Rental. This building is old, you can tell it’s old because it doesn’t look like something that’s up to date. If you have problem there usually very good about coming out on the day that you called; sometimes they can get very busy that they can’t get to you on the same day but within the next few days. They’re availability are from Mon-Fri. there is an emergency line that you can call if anything goes wrong. Maintenance can’t enter your home unless someone is there to open the door for them, they can’t have a key. Ab Rental is selling the building, and the owners of Fox Creek apartments is now taking over.   

 

Location

Its right across from Major and Wall St. its right in the area were a lot of college students live as well. It’s the third apartments form the second brick house. It big and white. The outside of the building are a two bedrooms apt. the downstairs are one bedrooms. The building does not have a washer and dryer area to go to; but food market does in that’s on the west side of Bloomington, which is about 10 or less away if you have a car. It’s not one the best neighborhood but it’s a very quiet are, you don’t really hear the college kids but you do see them. It’s walking distance from the schools, either one you too. ISU or IWU. It is on a bus line. It’s close to uptown Normal, and the west side of Bloomington. Not only that, but you do have a variety of restaurant that you can eat at. A few gas station you can chooses from, a movie place where you can rent form even a Jewel-Osco were you can shop from. The area does have a lot of kids in the area, there are great schools in the area. Oakdale Elementary School, Kingsley Jr High School, Parkside Jr High School. There are local parks not too far from the area, White Oak Park. If you like to run or walk, the park would be great area for that, there is also a nearby trail going towards Uptown Normal area that you can jog on. The area isn’t far from the mall or majority of the thing out east. It depends on witch way you take, you’re about 10-15 minutes away from the east side.
