The Associated Students Board of Directors consists of nine members, six of whom are elected from and by the students of CSU Chico. The Board is generally responsible for all affairs of the Associated Students.
The elected student members of the Associated Students Board of Directors are:
- AS President
- AS Executive Vice President
- AS Vice President of Business and Finance
- AS Vice President of Facilities and Services
- AS Director of Legislative Affairs
- AS Director of University Affairs
The ex-officio University Administration members are:
- Chico State Vice President for Business and Finance
- Chico State Vice President for Advancement and Student Affairs
There is also a faculty board member that is jointly appointed by the Chico State President and the AS President
The AS Board of Directors is ultimately responsible for the activities of the Government Affairs Committee, the AS Business Committee, and the BMU Committee.
