Beatniks Coffee House & Breakfast Joint is a cafe that replaced the defunct Market Cafe in May, 2009. A new sign for the cafe was seen on East Ninth Street just before Highway 99. This cafe is refined, hip, and very very cool all at the same time. There are these great corner booths that seem so cozy and intimate even if the place is roaring crowded, which it usually is. I love love love this coffee house the mood is right and, thanks to the supremely capable hands of Mike and Kelly Huber this place quickly became a favorite spot for my morning meet with friends. Coffee divine, staff amazing, atmosphere just what it should be.
