The L.A. McIntosh House (also called the Delta Sigma House and Chi Tau House) is a house in the South Campus Neighborhood. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places as contributing to the South Campus Historic District in 1991.

This house is the site of water intoxication death of Matthew Carrington. It sat empty and dilapidated for sometime until summer of 2009 when extensive exterior and interior remodeling began.
