Bruce Hansen, for one thing, is one of our local taxi operators, named "Art." Soft spoken, he's a friendly and eccentric fellow, prone to trivia and tangential thoughts. He's also constantly roaming Davis, and is often the first person to spot notices and add new businesses or update license or name changes to the wiki.
