Seine Avenue is one of several waterway-named residential streets located in the West Manor neighborhood of West Davis. Seine Avenue is named after the famed French river in Paris. It connects to Arlington Boulevard and lies just west of West Pond and east of Lake Boulevard. It also features a bike path connecting to Tiber Avenue which can be helpful in going to Circle K without using Lake Boulevard. There was also a nice free pile on one occasion.
