I-375 is a one mile long freeway that extends from Jefferson Avenue and St. Antoine Street in downtown Detroit near the Renaissance Center and heads east and then north to meet I-75.

A 2013 proposal would turn a portion of the road into a boulevard, replacing the below-grade freeway with an at-grade street.

Business Route

A 0.16 mile long unsigned business route of I-375 extends westward from the freeway's terminus, following along East Jefferson Avenue to an intersection with Randolph Street.
