SARANAC LAKE - Grace B. Taylor, 73, of 138 Park Avenue, died at her residence, Thursday, May 14.

She was born in Fargo, N.D., on Nov. 12, 1913, the daughter of Nels and Bertha (Kelsvik) Bolli.

She earned her R.N. degree at Edmondton General Hospital at Alberta, Canada. She worked at the Mayo Clinic and later became one of the first stewardesses for Northwest Airlines. At that time, stewardesses were required to be registered nurses.

She had been a resident of Saranac Lake since 1941. She was active in the hospital auxiliary, the Saranac Lake Golf Club, St. Luke's Budget Box, Girl Scouts and trained some of the first nurses aides at the General Hospital of Saranac Lake. She was also a member of St. Luke's Beloved Physician Church.

She was married in 1941 to Dr. Walter E. Taylor in Minneapolis, Minn.

Mrs. Taylor is survived by her husband, two daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Frank and Mrs. Gail Meyer, both of New York City; two brothers, Lloyd Bolli, of Victoria Vancouver Island, Canada; Erik Bolli, of Toronto, Canada, two grandsons, Garrett and Reade, and one granddaughter, Lindsey, all of New York City; nieces and nephews.

There will be no calling hours. Following cremation there will be a memorial service at a later date at St. Luke Beloved Physician Church. Keough and Son Funeral Home is jn charge of the arrangements.

Donations in Mrs. Taylor's memory may be made to St. Luke's Church or the Saranac Lake Free Library in care of the funeral home.
