Blaze Pizza specializes in making pizza very quickly, allowing customers to select toppings as they go through the line, and then waiting only a few minutes for the final pizza to be cooked. The price of a custom pizza is fixed, allowing the customer to experiment with a variety of toppings without paying more for the result.
