2398 Valley Street is a currently unoccupied building with striking Art Deco details at the corner of 24th and Valley in Northgate.
The building was constructed in 1936, and designed by architect Alben R. Froberg. A document listing his other work describes the structure as "a two-story Art Deco office building".

Unknown. The 1940 and 1944 street directories only go up to 2366 Valley, but that address doesn't appear on the 1952 Sanborn. The types of businesses seem a good fit for the type of building.
