Juanita Matthews is a teacher at the Early Childhood Center at Emerson Elementary School. She was honored at the March 18th, 2014 City Council meeting for over 40 years of teaching. She won the Teacher Quality Award in 2012.
Marshawn Lynch was one of her students.
