Ana Belle Apartments is a medium-sized apartment building at 544 - 37th Street, just off Telegraph. The building was completed in 1928 for owners Mr. and Mrs. C. Friedman.
The building was constructed with 16 apartments of 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms by The Art Builders of Berkeley. Each apartment featured 'every convenience' including Spark Stoves, electric refrigeration, and steam heat. The lighting fixtures were from Maxwell Hardware. 1
